"women enjoy flirtatious men - but you've got to get it right"

This is true, it's something lots of men don't know. A man needs to get it right because woman are going on instinct. Attraction is not a choice and a man needs to do things in steps to "get it right". Yes a woman can think, but what it comes down to is thousands of years of evolution.

Put it this way, when a baseball gets thrown at you with out someone saying catch!, your going to flinch, duck and avoid the ball coming at you. It's on instinct, it's very hard for you to take a baseball to the face. However, if someone talks with you and wants to play catch with you, then you are prepared for the ball and more able to deal with it as something fun. It's the same way with women. You can't just say "Lets go out!" and think she's going to accept that. You need to "Play catch" with her. Talk, flirt a little think of something your going to do with or without her. "Then" ask her to come along. She will be more willing to go that way. Doesn't matter how much of a good guy you are. Woman go on instinct and men need to figure out how to deal with that. That's why men get so angry when they do everything a woman says she wants. That's using logic, a man needs to use his instinct.
