Is there an alterior motive behind a woman's actions?

posted Sun, 09/10/06

Men just always think there's an alterior motive behind a womans actions or what she says.

Example: Woman: "So are we still on for this weekend?" what she's thinking- We're still going through with the plans, right?

Man: "Sure"    what he's thinking- "Why would she ask me that? Does she still want to go out with me this weekend? Is she trying to tell me that she has something else she'd rather do? Should I buy condoms? I wonder what underwear I should wear... should I even wear underwear?"

No, not always. I have to agree that some women do have ulterior motives when asking certain questions, stating certain things or presenting (or hiding) certain things. However, this behavior is not limited to only women. Men do the same things for the same or diffeent reasons. We're human. We all feel and attempt to either protect ourselves or promote ourselves and our issues/interests for various reasons.
