Women don't say "Oh, he's a kind, honest, nice and loyal type of guy from a good family...and that really turns me on." Women say things like: "Hes a Bad Boy" .."He's sexy"... "There's chemistry between us"..."I really feel something for him" and he is so deliciously "Bad". etc.

I agree with Jennifer. Women do go after Average Joes AFTER having been with jerks. That's been my experience. Trouble is their experiences with bad boys took away their trust, their openness, and gave them a ton of baggage to dump on some poor sap. I will not put up with this anymore. Sorry girls, you had your fun. Now live with it.

D'Angelo is right, all the stuff that supposedly only applies to women, actually does apply to guys also. You went out with the "bad"girls who were so much fun but only wanted your money, and now you want to settle down with the nice girl, but you don't want one who has done the exact same things you have.

If she has acquired a taste for jerks, other men will play second fiddle....they won't be her first choice. Whole lot of issues will erupt because of this.

Attraction is not a choice. After a woman has been with a few jerks she tells herself never again. She puts every man through massive shit tests so she doesn't fall for the jerk again. After awhile it's all she sees. Only the jerks and nothing else. When she does get the guy she says she wants she then has a zero tolerance policy. Gets rid of him if he does anything like her past jerks did. No matter how small he's done. Women are attracted to the personality a jerk gives off. They always will and can not help it. They wont marry the guy but for sure will have sex with him. Most likely just to have his baby. In short attraction is not a choice. The jerk is an alpha male and women are programed to go for that.

People tend to like what they like and will seek it out until which time where they convince themselves that doing so is no longer a good idea.

If attraction is unvoluntary we must also recognize that we are not required to be slaves to it either.

The thing is, if women were attracted to good looking men, there wouldn't really be an intrinsic problem with that. But if they're attracted to bad acting men, well the problem is obvious. These guys are problematic by the very nature of who they are, and it's not like the women don't already know this but they go for it anyway. The same reason the women are attracted to them is the same reason it would not work out.

Nobody is a mindless zombie here. One can always say no. But if they believe it is worth the risk they will go for it.

Also I disagree with making excuses for people who make ill advised choices. Those women are as much in control of their decision making process and actions as a man who prefers hot women.

There is a such a distinction as "good to look at but horrible to mate with". And people who don't bother to discern are the ones who will find themselves either heartbroken or single parents or something like that.
