A compliment isn’t truly a compliment unless it’s given away with no strings attached. You should never give a compliment unless you can do so without believing you need to receive anything in return. In fact, you should give compliments with the idea that you “just thought she ought to know that…she has a great smile, wrote a great report, and was wearing a color that made her eye color stand out”. This should be done whether you’re talking to a strange woman on a subway or the woman whose appearance sets your heart racing.
really need some compliments for girls thank you

I love to smile at people and make myself approachable. I like women who
smile. When they do I tell them that they have a wonderful smile. And I do
mean it. They respond very nicely to such compliments. When I like the way
they did their hair I tell them so.
i believe that we have to say what is good in someone. people still need to
hear what is good about them even if he/she knows it already. and if he/she
works for someone, it's also good to tell the good things he/she has done
to his/her boss. very often, negative remarks are said with trumpets and we
tend to whisper only what is good.
it is now time for a little kindness by affirming what is good in someone. for someone who hungers for it, one single compliment may be remembered for a lifetime.
affirm the good while you still can..

Compliments are great to get and give! I love to see the look on a man's
face when I compliment him. I recently told a man he had beautiful shiny
hair and he was pleased as punch, grinning all over his face. He even said
'"you gave me a compliment". Yes Bob, I'll bet you're a honey
too!

I love to give compliments to others. It was something that I haven't had a
lot of in my life so I try my best to spread the smiles and cheers. It's
often times not young attractive women either but rather a woman in her
70's or 80's. For one thing where I live younger available woman are in
short supply. Another is the fact that I really don't expect anything in
return for saying something nice to someone.
