A super nice guy is usually very nervous / shy and uncomfortable around a woman when he is talking with her. A woman sees this as being fake. Men who could care less about the woman come off as real. Both men can say the same thing and the woman will go for the guy who could care less. There is no thought around it. It's just nature and body language. A man needs to truly believe what he is saying otherwise a woman will pick up on his body language that is saying the opposite. It goes the same for men. Men will find that the woman with the over the top sexuality is actually not like that at all. She is actually being fake and men will fall for that as well.
